Units 12 & 13:
The structural disrepair started with Unit 12, which shares a common wall with Unit 13. As a result, the years have rendered these two units uninhabitable. Both units require extensive structural repairs to return them to active use.
The structural repairs identified are costly and fundraising has not adequately provided SI Barbados with the funds to effect the repairs.
Once repairs are completed, these units will enter the pool of units requiring Annual Maintenance only.
